Delete Your CaloriCam Account

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from the CaloriCam app, please follow these steps:

🔐 How to Request Your Account Deletion?

Please send an email to rv@shoppbag.dev from the same email account you used to register for the app.

Email Subject: Delete CaloriCam Account

We will process your request within a maximum of 7 business days.

📦 What Data Will Be Deleted?

• Your user account (email address, name, login details)
• Your meal or analysis history
• Your profile preferences and settings

🕒 What Data Will Be Retained?

We do not retain any personal data, except when necessary for legal, security, or administrative reasons, and for a maximum period of 30 days.

📌 Important Notes

This deletion request only applies to data managed by CaloriCam. If you registered using Google or Apple, you can also manage your accounts through their platforms.
